Urvi is a fellow at Aureolis and the Research and Executive Associate at IDinsight.
At IDinsight Urvi works with senior leadership to develop India’s portfolio, manage India operations and lead organization-wide initiatives to improve internal efficiency and enable sustainable organizational growth. Prior to joining IDinsight, Urvi was an Analyst at McChrystal Group, where she advised Fortune 500 firms across sectors such as healthcare and IT on their strategy and implemented organizational processes to help them optimize their people performance. Urvi has also worked at the Reserve Bank of India and Darden Business School.
Urvi has a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Global Development, and Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia.
